All players  must be 18+ and have graduated High School

Games will be held on Sunday nights from 5-6pm

Dates include: 

December 5th, 12th, & 19th ; January 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th

Cost for FULL League:

$95 

**US Lacrosse No. will be required to participate**

Additional Details

Rules
  1. 7v7
  2. Ages 18 & Up
  3. 25 minute halves, running clock with a 5 minute half time.
  4. No timeouts
  5. Free movement & Self start on minor fouls
  6. Defense CAN run through the crease on their defensive end.
  7. No Shot clock
  8. Goggles & mouth guard required. Helmets are not required but allowed.
  9. US Lacrosse rules.
  10. Players receiving a red card may not be able to play in the following game. League Directors Kaitlin Sheridan & Melissa Villanti will make the decision on a case by case basis.
