Liz is from Hagerstown, Maryland where she played for M&D and Saint James School. She was a 4-year varsity starter, 2x Washington County Player of the Year, and 2x Team MVP. She then went on to play Division 1 Lacrosse at High Point University as a defender for 2.5 years. She then transferred to Rollins College to finish out her career as a 2x All-American where she played both midfield and attack. Liz coached for Winston-Salem Lacrosse INC. during her time at High Point University. She has a passion for coaching and developing players and is excited for the opportunity to coach for M&D Orlando.
