I helped start the lacrosse club which turned into a sanctioned Varsity Sport competing in the VIC Conference. In the beginning I had to coordinate recruitment of players, design and ordering of uniforms, purchasing of equipment. Once the club was formed and practices began I coached practices, implemented designed plays, developed strategies, and was a player on the team.

This was a youth program of boys Grades 5, 6, and 7th. This was an instructional league with weekly games. It was my responsibility to teach fundamentals, sportsmanship, and encourage skill building before winning.
PARENT VOLUNTEER, SOL BLAZERS GIRLS’S LACROSSE, ORLANDO, FL 2019 — 2021
Started the original SolBlazer’s instructional girl’s lacrosse program in Avalon Park. Developed and lead practices to teach fundamental stick handling, passing, and catching to first time youth lacrosse players.

Encouraged player development, ran defensive drills and strategies, worked to develop a new goalie through proper form and techniques.

Coach Hinckley was a multi sport athlete growing up in Osterville, Massachusetts, playing soccer, ice hockey, baseball, golf, and lacrosse.
While Attending Hargrave Military Academy he Varsity lettered in Soccer, Wrestling Golf, Football, and Lacrosse
During which time he medaled in districts and States for Wrestling, Was named Captain of the football team his Senior Year, and selected All – Metro and Honorable Mention All- State. For Lacrosse he selected two – times to the Virginia State Games – All State Team representing the Southern Division as a Mid Fielder.
