Jel Perdomo - 2026 Red HC
Bio
Jel went to Lake Brantley High School where she graduated in 2012. While there, she was a 4-year letter winner for the women’s lacrosse team. During her senior year she was named Lake Brantley’s best attacker 11′-12′, First team all-conference/first-team all-district, won the Gary Hayes Memorial Award, and was named to the Orlando Senior All-Star team.
After High School, she continued her lacrosse career at Rollins College as a part of the class of 2016. She played attack from freshman to junior year and then senior year, played defense. While at Rollins she was named to the SSC Commissioners honor roll and became a 2x Athletic Director’s Honor Roll honoree. In her senior year, she helped the Tars to get to the NCAA tournament.
Once graduated, Jel began to coach in the Orlando area. She was the Assistant Varsity Coach at Winter Park for four seasons from spring of 2017 to spring of 2020. Jel has coached M&D Orlando for two years. In her first year, she coached the 2025 Black Team, and in year two focused on coaching Winter Ball. Jel is excited to be back with a team for her 3rd year with the club. In her spare time, she enjoys drinking pina coladas and gettin’ caught in the rain.
